Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in collective investment trusts, fiduciary governance, asset servicing, fund operations, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OCC Regulation 9 and related fiduciary requirements.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional matters and communicate with senior management, clients, auditors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund governing documents, annual reviews, amendments, new fund launches, and changes to fund structures or eligibility.
• Direct post-trade compliance, account reviews, NAV oversight, escalation of exceptions, and remediation of valuation issues.
• Monitor admissions, withdrawals, corporate actions, and compliance with fund-specific restrictions.
• Lead fund liquidation and wind-down activities with liabilities, expenses, and asset distributions.
• Oversee custodians, investment managers, administrators, and other service providers; ensure controls and escalation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Distribution, and clients to maintain regulatory readiness.
