Job summary

Cross River is seeking an SVP, Head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will shape the FP&A function, partner with executives, and drive data-driven strategic decisions across the company.

You will build a world-class FP&A organization, develop planning processes, and implement advanced analytics and governance to improve profitability, cash flow, and strategic decision-making at the CFO and board level.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong ability to provide strategic decision support to CFO and C-suite.
• Experience leading FP&A teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
