Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, with emphasis on compliance, risk, audit, or legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations for large financial institutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex topics into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of firmwide CRA activities across the organization and governance bodies.
• Identify and assess key compliance risks with consistency in CRA standards.
• Engage senior executives and cross-functional partners to calibrate risk levels.
• Contribute to delivery and reporting of CRAs to governance committees and the JPMC Board.
• Support enhancements to CRA execution lifecycle and regulatory examinations.
• Manage risk analyses and report to senior control managers in 1st line of defense.
• Develop relationships with Control Management Programs and 2nd Line functions.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to strengthen 1st line risk management.
