Pape-Dawson is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to partner with executives and operating leaders to strengthen financial visibility and drive profitable growth. The role leads finance and finance operations for a multi-entity, project-based organization.

You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and performance improvement across locations, including acquisitions and growth initiatives. Strong leadership and strategic mindset are essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years progressive finance experience across multiple functions
• Experience leading finance in a multi-entity, project-based organization
• Experience with private equity-backed or dynamic environments

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting; explain results and actions
• Partner with operating leaders to improve project financial performance and forecasting
• Lead finance integration for acquisitions and growth initiatives
• Improve billing, collections, cash application, and related processes
• Guide analytics improvements to support reliable reporting and informed decisions
• Build and develop finance teams across locations with succession planning
• Support liquidity planning, lender reporting, and capital allocation
• Provide executive-level analysis and recommendations
