Qualifications

Progressive finance leadership experience across multiple functions.
Experience in project-based professional services, engineering, or consulting preferred.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting knowledge.
Experience partnering with senior executives and operating leaders.
Ability to balance strategic analysis with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Partner with operating and project leaders to improve project financial performance and cash flow.
Oversee finance integration for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
Improve finance operations including billing, collections, and cash application.
Provide analysis and recommendations for liquidity planning and strategic initiatives.
