Responsibilities

• Shape Rincon’s statewide planning strategy and maintain key client relationships.
• Lead cross-service-line collaboration for complex environmental and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee proposal strategy, contract oversight, and project delivery quality.
• Mentor senior staff, develop leaders, and ensure long-term practice sustainability.
