Epsilon, a global data, technology and services company, seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Data Transformation to lead analytics and marketing technology strategies for Publicis Groupe clients. You will report to the General Manager and drive enterprise-wide data initiatives and client advisory excellence.

As a senior leader, you’ll influence transformation across agencies, ensure strategic alignment, and develop talent while delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior-level experience in marketing and advertising holding companies.
• Demonstrated capability in leading data analytics and marketing technology initiatives.
• Strong track record in consulting and solution architecture for client solutions.
• Deep understanding of media, marketing and advertising landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and technology leadership to guide analytics and marketing tech initiatives.
• Assist in deploying integrated solutions across diverse platforms and data sources.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives and influence transformation strategy.
• Cultivate executive relationships with C-level stakeholders for alignment.
• Collaborate with agencies within Publicis Groupe to maintain strategic alignment.
• Develop expertise across Measurement, Audience Strategy, Media, MarTech and CRM.
• Create compelling presentations aligning with customer needs and strategy.
• Support talent development alongside leadership to grow the team.
