In this leadership role, you'll oversee client projects and guide complex real estate strategies. The SVP will lead business development, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality project execution. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 15 years of experience in public-private real estate development. This position is preferred onsite, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in public‑private real estate development, finance, or project management.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale convening projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple development advisory projects as a senior advisor.
• Guide clients through financial, regulatory, and strategic challenges.
• Enhance Hunden’s brand equity and promote advisory services.
