AVANA Companies is seeking a Senior Vice President - Business Development for SBA & CRE, focusing on origination of CRE and SBA 504 loans. This role emphasizes relationship-building, market development, and deal sourcing to grow the loan portfolio.

Remote options exist with some travel; preferred candidates will have extensive CRE/SBA sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding production targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience in CRE and SBA.
• Strong interest in financial services and desire to develop a sales career.
• Excellent business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and CRE financing structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate recommendations.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
• Ability to multi-task, think quickly, and have a winning mindset.
• Proficient in Ai tools to conduct agentic analysis on transactions and deploy tools to maximize production.

Mansioni

• Source, structure and originate CRE and SBA 504 loans meeting credit standards.
• Qualify deals by evaluating borrower financials and collateral.
• Partner with underwriting and closing teams to ensure timely funding.
• Maintain a healthy deal pipeline and meet loan production goals.
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and product enhancements.
• Develop relationships with developers, brokers, and professionals to generate leads.
• Attend industry events to promote loan programs and educate clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and credit to grow pipeline and close rates.
