Responsibilities

• Develop, originate, and manage a commercial loan portfolio throughout the Houston market.
• Focus on originating high-quality commercial and primarily CRE loans.
• Evaluate and structure new lending opportunities and present loans for approval.
• Manage and monitor an existing portfolio while maintaining strong credit quality.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, prospects, and referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support loan growth.
• Partner with executive management on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Apply sound credit judgment and disciplined loan management practices.
• Deliver a high level of service while representing the bank professionally in the market.
• Contribute to the bank’s profitability, reputation, and continued growth.
