Job summary

Union Bank & Trust Company in Lincoln, NE seeks a Corporate Trust Manager VP to direct strategy, operations, and governance of the Corporate Trust department. You will lead teams, manage risk, ensure compliance, and optimize client service and profitability.

Responsibilities include audits, policy development, cross‑functional collaboration, and driving growth while maintaining rigorous internal controls and regulatory adherence. Hybrid work from home is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, Finance, or comparable Corporate Trust experience required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferred; 8+ years banking/trust experience required.
• Certified Corporate Trust Master preferred and/or willing to acquire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and in working with other financial software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management of the Corporate Trust team.
• Ensure team members comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements; monitor controls.
• Represent the team during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Perform Corporate Trust functions including payment of debt, asset investments, and covenant monitoring.
• Lead in development and implementation of policies and programs for the department.
