Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, accounting, Finance or comparable Corporate Trust experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Banking, trust or financial services experience 5+ years required.
• Corporate Trust experience 2+ years preferred.
• Certified Corporate Trust Master Certification preferred and/or willing to acquire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management of the Corporate Trust team, including coaching and development.
• Ensure policy compliance with bank laws and internal controls; address performance issues.
• Represent the Corporate Trust team during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Execute documentation for Corporate Trust accounts, including debt payments and asset investments.
• Lead development and implementation of department policies and programs.
• Participate in business development and cross‑unit collaboration to drive revenue.
