Fleet Data Centers is seeking a senior-level VP, Corporate Counsel to guide data center leasing transactions with hyperscalers and support corporate governance and joint-venture matters.

This high-impact role requires drafting and negotiating complex leases, MSAs and related documents, and collaborating across departments to drive execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Location flexibility to Seattle or Denver is offered, with travel as needed.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school; bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in big law and in-house roles.
• 5+ years negotiating hyperscale and enterprise data center leases.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate data center agreements (leases, MSAs, service agreements, change orders).
• Structure deals on terms including joint ventures, land purchase agreements, and leasing terms.
• Partner across the enterprise with Commercial Management to align legal positions with delivery and strategy.
• Draft and negotiate related documents (NDAs, LOIs, terms sheets).
• Build scalable legal infrastructure: templates, clause library, and negotiation processes.
• Manage outside counsel with scoping, budgets and deliverables.
• Support compliance and risk management work as needed to stand up a lean Legal Department.
