Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CRCM/CAMS preferred.
• 10+ years of compliance experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal consumer protection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the Company's Compliance Management System (CMS) and BSA/AML program.
• Oversee CIP and CDD requirements; serve as primary regulatory contact.
• Lead and mentor the Compliance team and governance initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and board committees.
