Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• Ten-plus years in communications with a track record of proactive media programs to boost brand awareness for retail investors.
• Established relationships with consumer business, financial advisor trade, and financial services media outlets.
• Outstanding judgment and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AI tools to strengthen communications quality and impact.
• Experience managing organizational change and transformational programs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to counsel senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with multimedia development (video, podcasts, infographics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive strategic communications programs and campaigns for retail investors, financial advisors, and wealth audiences.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and business stakeholders; shape narrative and messaging.
