Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union seeks a seasoned executive to lead the Commercial Lending portfolio, including CRE, C&I and SBA lending, underwriting standards, and policy governance. You’ll guide portfolio strategy and interact with Loan Quality and Board committees.

With 10–15 years in financial services, you bring deep lending expertise, strong leadership, and a track record in audits and regulatory compliance to drive growth and risk management. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten or more years in a financial institution, with officer/executive experience in credit and sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and SBA lending, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and training experience; audits and federal examinations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial lending team.
• Oversee CRE, C&I, and SBA portfolios and underwriting policies.
• Review and present lending policies to the Board of Directors.
• Monitor portfolio performance against goals and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with committees (ALCO, Loan Committees) and report findings.
• Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
