Job summary

DaVita seeks a board-certified nephrologist to serve as Vice President, Clinical Quality & Safety, within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. This national role leads clinical quality, patient safety, and infection prevention across the organization, collaborating with business leaders and clinicians to improve outcomes for thousands of patients.

You will oversee medication protocols, immunization initiatives, and new therapies while ensuring evidence-based practice and physician

Qualifications

• Board-certified nephrologist with dialysis care experience.
• Evidence-driven physician with ability to influence practice at scale.
• Strong data interpretation and clinical judgment for policy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the physician executive for DaVita's Patient Safety Organization and lead safety and quality initiatives.
• Provide physician leadership to dialysis quality improvement, guiding priorities and interventions across the organization.
• Provide clinical direction for national patient safety agenda, reviewing adverse events and safety signals.
