LLC is seeking a Vice President, Banking in New York, New York to execute a broad range of financial transactions including Mergers & acquisitions (M&A), Equity and debt financings (IPOs, follow-ons, private placements), Leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and recapitalizations, Corporate restructurings and divestitures, and Strategic advisory assignments and unsolicited defense mandates. Drive client communications and handle day-to-day transaction processes. Oversee preparation of client presentations, financial models, valuation analyses, and other materials. Coordinate with internal product and coverage teams. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers.
