Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a Senior Vice President for Asset Servicing within BXCI to lead daily global operations around lifecycle events for private CMLs, RMLs and alternative investments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep settlement and reconciliation expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Base salary ranges and related compensation are aligned with market norms in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in structured product operations.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and life-cycle management of CML, RMLs and Alternative Investments.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the global team responsible for processing life-cycle events of private CMLs, RMLs and alternative investments.
• Provide ongoing training and serve as escalation contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Finance, Administrators and Trustees to resolve queries and issues.
• Drive process improvements, root-cause analyses and risk-control initiatives across teams.
