• Establish operational KPIs, SLAs and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, quality, and provider satisfaction.
• Oversee readiness for new program launches, acquisitions, partnerships and market expansions.
• Lead centralized PMO and governance, reporting, and risk management.
