Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Product Manager to lead accountable care organization (ACO) projects, drive technology implementations, and partner with vendors. You’ll bridge stakeholders and the product team to ensure clear communication across the organization and with technology partners.

The role emphasizes training providers, refining workflows, and delivering end-to-end solutions within Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services, with a remote-friendly, hybrid-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years in project and product management.
• Healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Experience with ACOs and vendor management is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and define scope with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical and tech.
• Manage vendor relationships and product roadmaps.
• Train providers and practices on new platforms.
• Develop client education materials and collateral.
