Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree: MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent.
• 13+ years of credit underwriting / portfolio management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach junior professionals.
• Deep knowledge of ABS products and structured credit markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse ABS securitization portfolio within the ABS asset class.
• Own end-to-end credit underwriting process with high quality standards.
• Lead risk-based analyses and write detailed credit memorandums.
• Oversee approvals and maintain organized credit files in compliance with policies.
• Mentor analysts and drive governance and timely delivery.
