Job summary

PHFA Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency is seeking a Senior Voucher Analyst to supervise a unit and oversee voucher and special claims processing for subsidy programs. The role ensures compliance with HUD rules, ACC requirements, and PHFA policies while guiding staff through training and performance reviews.

You will coordinate with Owners/Agents and HUD, maintain accurate data in TRACS and related systems, and prepare monthly reports and responses for audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent required.
• Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of HUD regulations, policies and procedures.
• Experience with HUD contracts, ACC requirements and PHFA policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee voucher and special claims processing for subsidy programs.
• Ensure compliance with HUD rules, ACC requirements and PHFA policies.
• Train and evaluate staff; conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Maintain logs and reports; monitor TRACS and other HUD systems.
• Coordinate communications with Owners/Agents and HUD.
• Prepare monthly reports and respond to audits.
