Qualifications

• At least one year federal court civil litigation experience (Staff Attorney I).
• At least six years civil litigation experience for Senior Staff positions.
• Membership in good standing of a state bar, preferably in Alabama, Georgia, or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases in state and federal courts primarily in the Deep South.
• Conduct research, draft motions, and represent the organization in court.
• Engage with community partners to identify and develop new litigation strategies.
