We Vote is looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist in recruiting new team members. This position involves screening applications, conducting interviews, and helping build a strong volunteer community committed to enhancing voter participation.

Ideal candidates have a background in recruiting or a passion for civic engagement, along with exceptional communication skills. This is a fully remote unpaid position requiring 5-6 hours weekly, including participation in team meetings.
