Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a VoIP Specialist in a carrier network.
• Understanding of SIP, RTP and inter-carrier VoIP protocols.
• Experience in identifying and solving scaling problems in VoIP networks.
• Proficient in Linux and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with instrumentation, metrics, and observability.
