Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an experienced Principal Telecommunications Engineer to design, engineer, implement, and optimize complex voice and data telecommunications solutions for our customer.

You will evaluate existing infrastructure, develop architectures, and drive modernization with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Strong PM and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in voice/data network engineering and telecom architecture.
• 10+ years designing and implementing IP telephony systems.
• 10+ years of project management in client-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering and implementation of voice/data telecom solutions.
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for complex incidents.
• Develop engineering designs, configurations, and technical docs.
