Qualifications

Professional-level software engineering experience.

Experience building platforms at a Voice AI startup preferred.
Experience with real-time conversational systems or AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale core platform infrastructure for a conversational AI product.
Develop high-performance systems for voice and conversational AI.
Work on platform architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and developer-facing systems.
Partner with engineering/product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Solve complex challenges in real-time voice and AI systems.
Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Use AI-assisted coding tools to speed development.
Own projects from architecture to production deployment.
