Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an engineer to embed with enterprise restaurant brands and technology partners, delivering end-to-end deployments of our voice AI platform. You will learn customer systems, design integration paths, write code, troubleshoot production issues, and adapt Deepgram’s platform to live restaurant operations.

Based in New York City or San Francisco, you’ll work with customer teams, travel occasionally for onsite engagements, and own the technical path from discovery through go-live

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer who writes code, reads logs, and ships fixes.
• Owns deployments with urgency and ownership.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering and guides customers through API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams to lead technical discovery and solutioning.
• Own end-to-end technical implementation from scoping to go-live and optimization.
• Configure platform to meet each customer’s operational requirements and edge cases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in live deployments; escalate when needed.
• Codify deployment patterns into tools, playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Translate deployment feedback into actionable product requirements.
