Veriipro in Atlanta seeks a Senior VMware Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise virtualization and SDDC environments, focusing on vSphere, NSX-T, and Avi NSX Advanced Load Balancer.

You will automate provisioning with PowerCLI, Ansible, and Terraform, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability, security, and scalable infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering focusing on VMware technologies.
Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, NSX-T, and network virtualization.
Experience with configuring and administering VMware Avi / NSX Advanced Load Balancer.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP routing, VLANs, VXLAN/GENEVE overlays, and network security.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain VMware vSphere clusters for enterprise workloads.
Configure and manage NSX-T including micro-segmentation and edge services.
Deploy and administer Avi / NSX Advanced Load Balancer with service engines and policies.
Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using PowerCLI, Ansible, and Terraform.
Provide Tier 3 support for complex virtualization, networking, and load-balancing issues.
Ensure high availability, security, performance, and scalability of the infrastructure.
Implement best practices and security controls across the environment.
