ESG Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Infrastructure VMware Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade virtualization and SDDC technologies. You will be the SME for VMware vSphere, NSX-T, and Avi platforms, ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability across critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining vSphere clusters, NSX-T networks, and Avi services, while driving automation with PowerCLI, Ansible, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering focused on VMware technologies.
• Hands-on NSX-T architecture, distributed firewalls, and edge services.
• Experience configuring VMware Avi Service Engines and traffic rules.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing (BGP), VLANs, VXLAN/GENEVE, and network security.
• Automation proficiency with PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Preferred certifications: VCP-NV, VCIX or equivalent advanced VMware certs.

Responsabilités

• Architect, deploy, and maintain vSphere clusters supporting enterprise workloads.
• Design and manage NSX-T micro-segmentation, distributed firewalls, and edge services.
• Deploy Avi load balancing, WAF policies, and integrate with NSX/vSphere.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle operations using PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform.
• Provide Tier 3 support and perform root-cause analysis.
