Qualifications

• 10-15 years in messaging and storytelling for software/platforms/services.
• 8+ years in creative and visual design.
• Expert in Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Excellent experience in video editing.
• Strong relationship builder across teams to surface customer stories.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product narratives into cohesive, audience-specific visuals.
• Standardize visual delivery by managing a reusable asset library.
• Partner with leadership to drive narratives via presentations and assets.
• Streamline creative workflows to ensure high on-time delivery and clarity.
