Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in presentation design or consulting design.
• Expert-level PowerPoint proficiency with end-to-end deck construction.
• Strong portfolio of executive decks and data-rich visuals.
• Ability to translate inputs into polished narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design CoE build-out and team leadership for presentation design.
• Transform complex inputs into cohesive visual narratives for CXO audiences.
• Collaborate with consulting and sales to develop winning visual themes.
• Ensure brand standards across all client engagements.
• Design interactive visuals and data visualizations for proposals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to IP development.
