Qualifications

• 3+ years of people-leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and planogram development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 3–5 Planogram Analysts with clear goals and growth plans.
• Translate category strategies into core and store-specific planograms with accuracy.
• Optimize assortment, shelf allocation, and space productivity using relevant metrics.
• Collaborate across Store Operations, Merchandising, Strategy, and suppliers on execution.
