Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years in category management, merchandising, or space planning.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and planogram development.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with space-planning software (Blue Yonder, Spaceman).
• Experience with data-driven decision tools and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Planogram Analysts.
• Manage workload, timelines, and quality across categories.
• Collaborate to define category shelf strategies and planograms.
• Optimize assortment, placement, and shelf utilization based on metrics.
• Review assortments for alignment with format and store traits.
• Ensure planograms meet presentation standards and operational needs.
• Provide store communications and lead issue resolution.
