Job summary

1915 South | Ashley is seeking a Manager, Visual Merchandising to lead the execution of our visual strategy across assigned stores and showroom showrooms, ensuring layouts, floor plans, and product presentation drive guest flow and sales.

Based in the Southeast with travel up to 50%, you will partner with the Director of Visual Merchandising to translate priorities into actionable floor plans, guide Visual Associates, and maintain brand standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years visual merchandising experience in multi-store retail environment.
• willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD planning and showroom layouts for assigned stores.
• Execute visual merchandising plan for home showroom and guide other stores.
• Maintain floor set to plan and ensure product placement aligns with strategy.
• Ensure visual execution supports selling process and guest experience.
• Partner with store leadership to align visual changes with selling priorities.
• Coach Visual Associates to ensure brand-right, sales-driven execution.
• Support rollout of new assortments and seasonal transitions.
