You will partner with the Director of Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent implementation, drive sales, train Visual Associates, and rollout seasonal initiatives while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail, or related field.
• 2-4 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably multi-store.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD planning and showroom layouts to support product priorities and selling.
• Execute visual merchandising plan for home showroom and guide others.
• Maintain floor set to plan and ensure product placement aligns with strategy.
• Support selling process by enabling sales teams with product stories.
