Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager responsible for the quality and sophistication of visual displays across product categories, supporting store strategy and elevating the client experience through compelling presentations and rotations.

You will collaborate with store leadership and corporate visual teams to drive sales by planning zoning, rotations and key product displays, while acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring consistency across locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of visual merchandising or retail experience, with managerial responsibility preferred.
• Strong eye for presentation, attention to detail and photographic reporting skills.
• Proven ability to plan and execute zoning, rotations and product displays.
• Excellent communication, training and teamwork skills to collaborate with store and corporate teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas and travel between stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement regular zoning and rotations in consultation with store management
• Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager after each rotation
• Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and support business objectives
• Coordinate with team managers, team leads and expert advisors to select and display key products
• Train and facilitate orientation of new visual leaders
