Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our client’s marketing and product team in a remote-in-region capacity. This role sits at the center of creative development, partnering with internal teams and external partners to deliver polished assets across digital and retail channels.

You will lead design for websites, social content, email campaigns, product launches, and retail materials, bringing a strong portfolio and collaborative approach to meet deadlines with excellence.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color, and layout fundamentals.
• Experience leading or producing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Portfolio showing digital, retail, and product-launch design with strong communication and deadline-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual content for websites, social platforms, and email campaigns.
• Produce retail assets such as product detail pages, templates, in-store displays, and Amazon materials.
• Direct visual development for product launches, including teaser content and campaign assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver complete creative packages.
• Oversee campaign workflows and production activities while managing timelines, quality, vendors, and multiple projects.
