Job summary

LeaderPromos Marketing Agency seeks a Senior Digital Designer to craft high-impact visuals for digital campaigns across paid, organic, email, and webstore assets. You’ll translate campaign goals into engaging creative with brand-consistent visuals and motion elements.

You’ll partner with internal teams, mentor peers, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to move from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining brand integrity across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong Figma skill and multi-channel design experience.
• Excellent typography, color, layout, and brand systems.
• Ability to apply branding across paid, social, email, web and e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Design digital outputs across web stores, email layouts, landing pages, banners and assets.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across campaigns and platforms.
• Evolve design systems, templates, and standards to improve quality and speed.
• Create video, motion assets using Figma, Canva or other motion tools.
• Support AI-accelerated workflows with research, concept, and iteration.
• Collaborate with VP Brand Strategy + Design and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
