Aquent is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to shape premium 2D graphics and motion assets for a global product ecosystem. You will collaborate with creative leadership to define visual systems across retail environments and digital displays, merging static and dynamic media to elevate customer experiences.

This role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with tools like Figma and After Effects.

Qualifications

• A strong online portfolio showcasing visual design across campaigns.
• Experience designing across motion graphics, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
• Ability to adapt quickly and proactively find innovative solutions to brand and business problems.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a visual or graphic designer.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs, sketches, and mood boards to visualize concepts and communicate ideas to the team.
• Develop dynamic motion content, including kinetic typography, for digital displays and devices in retail environments.
• Define the look and feel of channel creative assets, ensuring consistency and storytelling within the channel.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design systems are flexible and adaptable across channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and retail content according to guidelines and aesthetics.
• Synthesize feedback and iterate rapidly to refine designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with Photo Art Directors, Designers, Producers, and Production specialists to execute key work streams.
