Qualifications

• A strong online portfolio showcasing visual design across campaigns.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a visual or graphic designer.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and executing premium 2D graphics and dynamic motion assets that transform physical environments and retail spaces. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership to develop compelling, highly responsive visual design systems across the company’s extensive product portfolio. This position demands a seasoned specialist who expertly bridges the gap between static and dynamic media. You will oversee high-fidelity print proofing and pre-flighting workflows for massive architectural footprints while simultaneously crafting captivating motion assets, digital display content, and kinetic typography that breathe life into the retail journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs, sketches, and mood boards to visualize concepts and effectively communicate ideas to the team.
• Develop dynamic motion content, including kinetic typography, for use in digital displays and devices, enhancing the physical-to-digital narrative flow within retail environments.
• Define the look and feel of channel creative assets, proposing optimal placement, hierarchy, consistency, and storytelling within the channel, integrating content art direction from program creatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design systems and components are flexible and adaptable across various channels.
• Maintain unwavering brand consistency across all visual and retail content, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.
• Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterate rapidly to refine designs and solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as Photo Art Directors, Designers, Producers, and Production specialists, to bring complex or key work streams to life.

Minimum Qualifications

• An online portfolio showcasing a strong visual design aesthetic and impactful executions, clearly highlighting your direct contributions.
• Demonstrated comfort and expertise in designing across various campaigns and channels, including motion graphics, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
• Exceptional ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and proactively find innovative solutions to brand and business problems.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a visual or graphic designer.

Preferred Qualifications
