Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Five+ years of experience as a senior graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to understand vision and deliver design solutions rooted in strategy.
• Collaborate with directors and cross-disciplinary teams to develop compelling design concepts.
• Create pitches, briefs, and layouts that communicate ideas persuasively.
• Mentor peers and manage design projects with timelines and budgets.
• Deliver presentations for marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.
