Qualifications

• Online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design aesthetic (with direct contributions).
• Experience across Motion, Print and OOH campaigns.
• Able to adapt quickly to brand and business problems.
• 5+ years of relevant visual or graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept, design, layout development and execution of premium 2D graphics and motion assets.
• Create detailed designs, sketches and mood boards to visualize concepts for teams.
• Develop dynamic motion content for digital displays and retail environments.
• Define design systems and component behavior across channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and retail content.
• Synthesize feedback and iterate rapidly across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Photo Art Directors, Designers, Producers and Production teams.
