Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Los Angeles is seeking a senior Visual Designer to lead graphic and visual execution across digital, motion and environmental branding. You’ll partner with Creative Managers, Art Directors, Producers and executives to deliver high-impact assets for marketing, venues, and internal studio operations.

With 8+ years in brand design, you’ll showcase typography, color theory and motion in a robust portfolio and drive brand-aligned systems while directing external agencies

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand design experience in entertainment or global consumer brands.
• Portfolio demonstrates typography, layout, color theory and motion.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic and visual execution across digital design, motion and environmental branding.
• Collaborate with managers, directors and executives to deliver assets for marketing and venues.
• Ensure IP is authentically expressed across consumer touchpoints.
• Adapt design approaches across diverse styles while upholding standards.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to meet milestones.
