Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior Visual Designer to translate complex program information into clear, visually engaging content across social, digital, print, and presentation channels. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with visually communicating complex ideas, protecting, and amplifying the client’s brand.
• 3-5 years of experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with channel outputs across a variety of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X).
• Brand awareness and sensitivity, maintaining and evolving brand ecosystems.
• Ability to utilize AI-driven methodologies to shape findings or artifacts.
• Organizing content, imagery, and strategy into cohesive marketing design.
• Ability to interpret data to refine targeted marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen campaign performance by designing visually compelling content that communicates key messages, engages target audiences, and supports integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain reusable design templates, style guides, and visual standards that streamline production and ensure consistency.
• Define and execute visual design systems, art direction, and brand guidelines for cross-channel consistency.
• Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, compliance, and brand requirements across digital and print channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and deliver audience-centered design solutions.
• Must be willing to be on-site 1 day/week in DC.
