Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled copywriter to craft clear, strategic content for email campaigns and call-center scripts. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines.

You will develop training materials, test variations, and apply client feedback while maintaining consistent voice across channels and assets.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, compelling and strategic copy that resonates with target audiences
• Brings proactive innovation to email and scripted phone channels
• Ensure alignment with campaign brief and client direction with strategists, visual designer and tech team
• Develop guided scripts and training materials for call center agents
• Work with strategists to develop creative tests for email copy and agent scripts
• Incorporate feedback from client and legal reviews to ensure final approved assets
• Maintain and evolve voice and tone according to brand guide
• Conduct creative QA to ensure assets meet objectives and brand standards
• Must provide a writing sample
