Job summary

Marx Companies in Seattle is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our five-person marketing team. You’ll shape concepts from rough ideas to polished executions, with strong typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.

This is an in-person, full-time role based at our Seattle office. You will work across print and digital projects, collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners, and produce production-ready artwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates range across branding, typography, print, digital, and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Experience designing for print and digital.
• Strong image editing, retouching, color-correction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• In-person full-time work at Seattle office.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts translating marketing objectives into visual solutions.
• Design across print and digital assets: flyers, emails, web, packaging, signage, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership and partners; manage multiple projects.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with high quality and consistency.
