Job summary

The Schwab Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled Production Artist to support art direction and ensure brand standards across all digital and print collateral. You will build, update, and hand off production files, produce interactive PDFs, ensure accessibility compliance, and collaborate with the studio design team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and a basic understanding of HTML are required to translate

Qualifications

• Expert level mastery of Adobe InDesign.
• Basic to intermediate mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate mastery of Adobe Acrobat and creating interactive and fillable PDFs.
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards in digital and print.
• Experience with strict brand guidelines and prepress knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build production files from art direction while collaborating with the art director.
• Update production files of existing pieces.
• Create new production files from templates or existing files.
• Produce digital, fillable PDFs and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Preflight files for handoff to print production and review proofs.
