Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Senior Production Designer to join its Houston-based Production Studio. The role requires 8+ years in production design, expert Adobe CC, and strong Figma proficiency. Hybrid work in the Houston area with remote options within Texas.

You will design digital and print assets from concept to final production, ensure quality control, and adapt assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of professional production design or production art experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience producing HTML5 digital advertising assets.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial print production, prepress, color management, and file preparation.
  • Strong understanding of digital production requirements across web, email, social media, display advertising, and responsive design.
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for high-quality execution.
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and production workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, refine, and produce a wide variety of digital and print marketing assets from concept through final production.
  • Ensure quality control across deliverables through detailed review of layouts, typography, imagery, color, spacing, and file integrity.
  • Adapt campaign assets across multiple formats, channels, and specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, developers, account teams, and production specialists.
  • Build and prepare HTML5 digital advertising assets and interactive deliverables.
  • Prepare production-ready files for commercial print, digital publishing, and large-format applications.
  • Manage file organization, versioning, and archival processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues before they impact clients.
  • Partner with developers to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.
  • Stay current on evolving production technologies, workflows, automation opportunities, and AI-powered creative tools.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
